"This was a horrible experience. We were given check in instructions 5 minutes before check in time. We called when we arrived at building and they said we had to pay tourist tax via email before we could get the rest of the check in instructions. After we paid we could not figure out how to access the key and get into apartment. Every time we called we got another representative who kept trying to tell us to check our email. Finally after talking to 5 different people, a gentleman explained...

"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. The area around the flat is quiet and had families around, but didn't always feel the safest later at night. Overall, it was a good...
