Tres Casa Lake House

  • Welcome to Tres Casa. Our cozy home is kid friendly. Tres Casa has a beautiful fire pit along side swinging benches. And huge playset for kids. Enjoy a 6 person Hot Tube. Have a relaxing time at the Michigan Beach within 5 minutes away.

    Tres Casa is centered from South Haven & St. Joseph. Our home is secluded on a 2 acre property with private driveways. You can enjoy the Tub with Jets in the Master Bedroom . We offer a foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor zip line, and Gazebo. Back deck has a table for 6 and Gazebo has seating for 8 to 10. Amenities include Internet, WIFI, Gas Grill, Kids playground and zip line. Firewood is provided for outdoor pit and indoor Fire Place. Property is treated for mosquitos monthly.

    We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and water boards. Home has water softener and filtered water. We also provide a high chair and stroller upon request.

We had a fantastic time- the house was well stocked- we ate breakfast and one other meal a day at the house. Perfect distance to the lake. We also enjoyed a bonfire and roasted marshmallows! (We had small children in our group and they had appropriate equipment provided in the house)

This place is exactly what it says it is. It was a really fun house for our guys in our wedding party to stay in during our wedding weekend in Benton Harbor. It had plenty of space inside and out to hang out. It's definitely dated, but that's not something that matters to us. I'd recommend for a group in a similar situation as us!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The whole house was great, we were able to cook some of our meals there and still go out to eat some! The location was good for where we wanted to go. Overall, we had a great time!

Great family house!

House was great and the kids loved the air hockey and the play set outside. House was well stocked with basic necessities. Owner was very communicative and responded quickly! Would absolutely stay here again!

Cute and cozy home

I got this house for a Bachelorette party!! Our stay was amazing... the house was secluded from others and we had no complaints about being to loud or rowdy. Loved the firepit and gazebo outside. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be coming back soon!!

My family/friends and I had a great time here. It was the perfect size home for all of us and clean! Our kids loved playing the air hockey table and we enjoyed the swings by the bonfire. Great atmosphere and close to the beach/shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Tres Casa is private and fun

Stayed with my Mom and Sister around Labor Day. Was comfortable, well appointed, the play equipment in the yard was a hit with the nieces and nephews who live in Watervliet and stopped by, and they loved the airhockey, too. Would consider staying at this property again. Thank you for your hospitality.

family friendly vacation property

3 generations celebrated grandma's birthday with golf at Pipeline, nightly family time around the bonfire; cooked our own seafood boil! Daily wave jumping in Lake Michigan which was minutes away at Hagar Park. Maritime Museum and Lunda boat ride down black river. Much to do plus the backyard playground.

Amazing!

We had the best time here! The house is beautiful inside and out! It was perfect for our large family with plenty of room and the kids loved it too! So many places to explore around the area but we especially loved going to Hagar beach right around the corner to climb the sand dunes and watch the sunset over the lake. We hope to come back next summer! Thanks for having us!

Lots to do!

We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation with a couple of her friends. Great location to local attractions and lots of things to occupy our time! Games and a fire pit. A great grill we used for burgers and hot dogs! Everything we needed for a fun weekend!

Relaxing Location

I brought my 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids with me. The property was clean and we felt safe during our time there. We had more than enough room and plenty of sleeping space. Beds were so comfortable! The area was close to the highway, but no neighbors "in sight". We will be back!

Nice place

This is a great place for families with little children to stay. Our kids loved the zipline and playground outside and the air hockey table inside. The place was cute and the firepit was nice to make smores. The only complaint was the ants and gnats. I realize this may be difficult to control being surrounded by woods. Overall a nice stay.

Family get-away

The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good, it was nice that you couldn't really even see any other homes from the property, even though they were reasonably near by. The games and zip line were excellent for the kids. All areas of the house (inside and out) were set up really well for guest occupancy / usage. Family room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, gazebo, deck with gas grill - nice layout and good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Tres Casa! The kids loved the zip line and play place. The air hockey table was a great bonus. The towels were plush! The kitchen was well equipped. Filtered water in the kitchen sink. The host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a great family reunion. Place is nice and secluded.

Bach party

My friends and I stayed for a Bach party and the house was very clean and nice besides a few broken drawers and the false advertisement of a hot tub our stay was very pleasant. They did have extra necessities like wireless chargers, bug spray and lotion. The home was also decorated very cute
