"Foi tudo satisfatório na hospedagem, tivemos um pequeno desencontro de informações para pegar a chave, mas o atendendente (sr. Isaac - Ibis Styles) foi muito prestativo e paciente. No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

"To the point....the place was EXACTLY to my taste (loft-style, rustic, perhaps a sort of modern day perception of "old world" charm). I mainly booked through Olivier, but also was fortunate to meet Nadia, as well. Both were exceedingly easy to communicate with, and were most attentive to our needs. It was among the hotter days of August, but opening up those breathtaking windows at night, using the fans, and closing up in the morning helped to keep the apartment more than comfortable. "One of the best Hyatt regency hotels that I stayed. Got a room on the 22nd floor with the Eiffel Tower view. That was the best room with a view I had. It was amazing! Room was spacious, very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection. Staf was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again for sure. "

"We stayed here in May 2025. The hotel is a small boutique type hotel but it was very clean and the staff were great! Since it is a smaller hotel the front desk staff remembers you and greets you when leaving and returning for the day. The main door is locked every night but a front desk person is always there to let you in. We liked this extra level of security and safety. We would definitely stay here again."
