"WE had a lovely time staying here on our honeymoon. IT is a great Neighbourhood and Olivier was great to communicate with and recommended an amazing restaurant"

"Vrbo10/10Posted Jul 12, 2026Oliver was a great host and made himself available if we needed anything, though we didn’t, The apartment was well equipped and provided everything we needed and the location was great as it was near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. I would highly recommend this place for travelers."

"We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a great location. It was very close to the market in many good restaurants."

"Location was excellent. Handy to Metro lines, good restaurants, museums and shops. Our host, Olivier, was nearby and very responsive. Having a washer in the unit as well as an elevator were wonderful amenities. Room was very clean."

"This is a wonderful apartment in a great area (quiet too!) with bars, restaurants, easy Metro access. The owner has decorated with a lot of creative and unique art. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment sits in a courtyard that one must pass through two locking doors to access, so it was very safe. Nice neighbors too. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately our flight was canceled so we had to take a flight that arrived after midnight. Olivier checks in guests in...

"We had a great time. Close to all the main attractions. A lot of shopping and restaurants within close walking distance."

"The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic location, easy check in! Bed was super comfortable and the apartment felt perfect for two people!"

"The apartment is very ideal for a visit to Paris. The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again! Definitely recommend staying here. 100%."

"Wonderful apartment in great neighborhood with easy access to metros, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. The owner met us at our arrival and showed us how to use the keys and codes to get in. He gave us an overview of the place and answered questions. He was easy to contact, but once there we had no reason to. The space was exceptionally clean. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, mainly for morning coffee and tea, but it is very well equipped. The main area - kitchen, table, desk - has...

"This is a comfortable apartment on the top floor of an older building, with big windows looking out over rooftops. Everything works as it is supposed to: the lift is small but reliable, the shower is strong with plenty of hot water, and the rooms were a comfortable temperature even as it was unusually cold outside. The WiFi worked well and the tv has streaming options. The bedroom is very quiet because it’s in the back and higher than what’s behind it. Located very close to two metro stations:...

"We were very comfortable in Olivier's lovely, spacious apartment. It's so convenient for all the places we wanted to visit in central Paris and surprisingly quiet. Check in and out was easy and Olivier was very helpful. We would definitely recommend."

"Apartment was as per described and the pictures. Good communication from the host, prior, during and after. It was situated near to Disney and good amenities around the apartments. I would definitely stay again"

"Very pleasant stay."

"Very comfortable apartment in a great location for the train station - easy access into Paris city centre and Disneyland"

"The apartment was spacious and well decorated. We were thrilled walking into the space, and it accommodated our large family group nicely. The location was perfect for walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The overall cost was competitive with other options in the area for a large group. It took a bit of effort to find parking for our large 8 passenger van, but that was not unexpected in the city center. We would definitely return!"

"The flat is small, but is bright and airy, and in a great location, with comfortable beds - a perfect reasonably priced place to stay for a weekend in Paris."

"Appartement très bien et confortable Un peu surprenant pas de clim alors très moderne Wifi très lent Et pas suffisamment de papier toilette Mais sinon bien situé "

"Our stay at Villa Bastille exceeded every expectation we had and was truly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever enjoyed. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our time in Paris. The villa itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Agnes.Agnes is an absolute gem and the heart of Villa Bastille. Every morning she prepared a delicious...
