"Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...

"Great villa well kitted out everything we needed . Our family really enjoyed their holiday a great pool and entertainment within the villa . We had age ranges from 2 to 14 and there was something for them all to be entertained. Lovely village with a great pizzeria we spent many an evening there . Great host even though we had a language barrier we managed ok . Would 200% recommend this villa especially for a larger party we had 11 staying at one time and it was very comfortable. Great area to explore too xx"

"Loved the staff and hotel! Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and shops - very central to all things Beziers! Quintin and his colleagues at the front desk are amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing missing from the room was a small fridge- but the staff soon found a work around for this. Will definitely stay again!"

"I can only echo what other people have said about this property. The check-in process was faultless, the host was very helpful & friendly and the house was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. We loved having private access to the pool and being able to watch the sun go down on the outdoor space while enjoying food grilled on the plancha. It is also very well situated, in a quiet neighborhood within 5 mins walk of the town's shops and with the larger supermarket and beaches just a short drive away. Overall, I can't recommend this property highly enough and we would love to return one day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!"
