My favourite hotel in Colombo as its the only ocean front hotel. But the hotel must renovate whilst keeping the original features. Dining options and the ocean views are immaculate. But a general repair to fix wear and tear is a must. Room 112 was a little scary but was ok. Will be back but hope you will fix the little niggles.

The place is amazing! Breakfast was incredible and the location perfect to explore Galle fort. Only surprised I didn’t have any house keeping during my two day stay. I had to take down used glasses and there was little attention to the needs I had to communicate with the staff. I would have expected a bit more service from the standard of this hotel.

Lovely old hotel located by the beach . Very charming hotel. Loved the hotel but the service ( bar and restaurant) was very poor. Was disappointed with the staff especially since all our others hotel stays in Sri Lanka were excellent with outstanding staff. Would stay there again because of the location and the unique hotel.
