"This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. I loved the multiple thermal pool option and cold plunge. They even had an infinity pool towards the back of the resort. I loved that they provided an umbrella being that its a rainforest and who would think to pack an umbrella on vacation??? They gave us a complimentary wine bottle which was a nice touch, although my husband and I do not drink wine. We chose the room with the volcano view. It was the perfect spot to catch the volcano when its sunny or partly cloudy. I miss the hotel already. We had breakfast included in our stay. Breakfast options and taste were great. "
