We had a great stay! It’s a beautiful house and grounds. Claudia was very friendly and pleasant and made us feel very much at home. The bed was comfortable and the room was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Brand new!! Really nice rooms with amenities I’ve not seen before

Easy checkin

Had a very enjoyable two night stay at this property. The front desk personnel were fantastic! Sammy was friendly, helpful and accommodating from the time we checked in through our check out time. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker really came in handy. Beautiful Palace. Old World Splendor.

Outstanding in every respect. Handsome restoration of 1914 home down to the smallest details. Mitch was a warm, gracious host with many helpful suggestions on places to dine and visit while in Richmond. Wonderful, relaxed but elegant wine and cheese serving, a tasty breakfast of fresh fruit, warm baked goods, terrific coffee and tea options, plus an offering of quiche. Great value.

Staying on Capt Ron's boat was a great experience. Has everything you need, full kitchen, full bath, air conditioning and a very comfy bed. Ron met us at the boat when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is our go to hotel whenever we visit our daughter in Richmond. Clean, accommodating and friendly service. Cheryl is the best!!

The trip was fine. The hotel was well appointed and clean and located close to the event we were attending. The only thing was the parking was a little confusing. Also the pillows are very soft.
