"Conveniently located to the ferry terminal and great scuba diving. Hotel was nice, food was good, and the resort is gig enough to have a variety of food options but not too huge. What prevents me from giving it a higher recommendation was the lack of staff support in solving a transportation problem. We booked a $250 hotel transfer from the Cozumel Palace to the Cancun airport…and the driver did not show up. The hotel said it was a 3rd party so not their issue, but would not remove the hotel...
