"This is a very nice quiet hotel. Great location. Next to some nice shops, restaurant, and market. And a great men’s store. About a mile from the main shop area. Overall not a full service hotel but great for what is was. Room was upscale and clean."

"Gorgeous and extremely safe and peaceful town. This property is awesome. We bought wine and cheese from Maine &Vine and enjoyed them on the lush lawn under the trees. They have beach chairs and bikes, too. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Then there is the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. Oh my!!"

"Kennebunk/Kennebunkport was an amazingly beautiful town and the Beach House was perfectly situated across the street from Gooch’s Beach. We had 4 generations together from age 10 mo the up to age 72. Everyone had a wonderful time and the house was better than we expected. We would all highly recommend!"

"Wonderful historic property updated with in-house suites & cabin-style lodgings. Adequate parking. Room was comfortable, new bathrooms & nice breakfast area. The breakfast itself was TDF!! The neighborhood is authentic. Walkable to downtown. Highly recommend."
