"Quick stop for a night. Room was clean and friendly staff. Reasonable price for what you get and location. Close to restaurants and easy access to gas station and major roadways. Would stay again. "
"Kitchen was not stocked well with utensils, no pairy knife , spatula had been melted, toilet room light was burned out . The main tv could not connect or mirror a phone to to look at our pictures. This was probably the most expensive place we have ever stayed at but probably the poorest maintained. "

"If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area."

"Our group of 7 (ranging in age from 72 to 13) were in town for a wakeboarding competition and wanted to have room to spread out and spend time together. This house did just that! We had plenty of space to both congregate together and escape for some solitude both inside and out. The kitchen was well-equipped for everything we needed to cook meals, the bathrooms had necessities needed, and the house just overall felt like a home away from home. Since we were flying across the country, we asked the owners if we could borrow some portable chairs to take out to the competition and they didn’t hesitate to provide them! Everything was smooth, from check in to check out, and we all commented that if we were to find ourselves in Grand Junction again, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality, thoughtfulness, and great memories!"
"My brothers & I (along with a 13 year old grandson) really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed for our needs. Location in a quiet neighborhood was a big plus. One toilet was a little backed up but we were able to plunge it effectively - didn't impact our stay very much. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of the house. It really was a temporary home for us!!!"
