"We have been driving past this place for years thinking it looks nice, but it probably costs a fortune. Well, I'm here to tell you it doesn't and it is a gem. It's a beautiful place with old-fashioned charm. The staff (all of them) were super friendly. The rooms where perfect size and quiet. The grounds are beautiful surrounded by a grape vineyard that we took a walk through (not sure if we were supposed to). "The parking wasn't convenient, but we felt safe with our vehicles within sight. The room smelled musty, probably because of old accommodations. Everything else was clean and we had lots of room for 5 adults and 3 children. We may stay here some summer. It was perfect for a night of rest before heading up the mountain."
