This is a budget hotel by Aspen standards - and you get budget lodging. A room with some dated furniture, an adequate bed, a hot shower, and a TV. "I’m so glad we stayed here instead of a chain in carbondale or glenwood springs. This place was cute, clean, easy to find, and had some fun history to read about. I’d come back for sure. I didn’t have cell service but the wifi worked great. "

"This property is beautiful. Mountain views, clean and spacious rooms with a separate bedroom from the living area. The parking underneath was easy with access to the main elevator. Amenities of the game room, sauna, hot tub and gym were definite perks. "

"This property is in the center of Aspen, and the location could not be better! Close (2 blocks) to Aspen Mountain gondola, near to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lackluster and really can use improvement. Our room was decent, but very worn and should be updated. Note, that due to its location is is very noisy at night (people, trucks, etc.), so it is not for you if you are a light sleeper."
