"Easy walk to Breckenridge gondola. Listing accurate comfortable space. No problem with road noise in the winter with windows closed. Check in directions could be better. I arrived at night and it was difficult to find the unit. Building is confusing at first. There are good directions in the packet inside the unit, but that info should’ve been provided upfront."

"This is our 2nd year staying here. We hope to make it an annual event. The location is wonderful; walking distance to the park, pool, library, and great access to the bike trails. ABL, the manager is very responsive, promptly answering questions I had before we arrived and checking in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed.The house is spacious, spotless, has multiple living areas and perfectly suited for our group of 8 including 4 children. "
