"Super convenient location to Ajax Gondola and Aspen restaurants & shops. We were in the basement unit and the footsteps above us were pretty loud on the ceiling. It was only a problem while we were sleeping. All beds & even the sofa bed mattress were comfortable. "

What I didn’t like was no concierge - e.g. the links that were sent before I arrived (like grocery shopping via city market, which goes directly to Kroger) wasn’t relevant. I also don’t like that I was kicked out at 10 AM sharp on my day of departure after notifying the team that I needed another hour in advance because my flight was later and I couldn’t necessarily sit outside with 10 bags and three kids… I was told the other family requested early...

"This property was great! The company was very responsive and provided complimentary transportation with constant communication from and to the airport. The area was fantastic and only about a 7 min walk into the center of Aspen town. It was very walkable to all of the coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store located nearby. The condo was equipped with fans, humidifier, and had ample space & kitchenette. Would highly recommend! "

"Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. "

"The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit....
