"We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. It is perfectly located in an area that is serene and fun to explore, while still being within reach of all the necessities Woodland Park has to offer. The Eicher’s were terrific hosts. Kyle went out of his way to ship my son’s left behind backpack to us as soon as he discovered it. The cabin has everything you need for comfort and relaxation. Couldn’t recommend it and the Eicher’s more!"

"We recently stayed at the Whispering Pines cabin and had a wonderful experience. The first thing that stood out was how exceptionally clean everything was. It’s obvious the owners take great pride in maintaining the cabin, and that immediately helped us relax after what had been a very stressful few weeks.The cabin was also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen to the living spaces, it felt welcoming, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a quiet getaway. We were able to truly unplug and enjoy the surroundings without worrying about anything.The only very minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo, as many travelers—like us—don’t always think to pack those items. That said, it was a small detail in what was otherwise an excellent stay.Overall, we highly recommend Whispering Pines cabin and would gladly stay here again."

"Would be difficult to not enjoy the setting in Colorado. The property was not in the greatest shape. The dishwasher, figured that out after trying to use it as water was all over the floor, thus we decided to wash all dishes by hand (not a big deal at all). Upon arrival, the storm entry door was broken, would not shut. There was a bent shaft in the closing mechanism. I drove 20 miles to the local hardware store and purchased a new cylinder which allowed the door to close and latch. The window sills on 2nd floor were covered in dead flies. Made me question the cleanliness of the house itself. Prior to my children's arrival, I again drove 20 miles and purchased all cleaning materials and cleaners, I deep cleaned and scrubbed the house. Should you require any pictures I took several validating what I am writing. Again, it is difficult to not enjoy the setting as it is located in a beautiful area. That said, had I inspected the property prior to submitting payment for the amount I paid, I would NOT have rented this cabin being in the shape it was in. "
