Check-in and check-out were seamless.The house itself is beautiful, recently renovated, and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s in a neighborhood but still quiet and private, with a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the Colorado air. The hot tub was a highlight, especially when two deer wandered through the yard while we were using it.Everything you could need is there. Unlike many rentals, this place is fully stocked with basics like spices, coffee, and more, which made cooking easy. Beds were very comfortable, showers had great pressure and hot water, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The living room is cozy and actually comfortable, not just for looks, and we appreciated all the extra blankets.Location was perfect for us. Easy drive to Woodland Park for groceries and very central to the areas we were exploring while house hunting.Overall, a true five-star stay. We would absolutely come back. Thank you, Kristen!"

"Would be difficult to not enjoy the setting in Colorado. The property was not in the greatest shape. The dishwasher, figured that out after trying to use it as water was all over the floor, thus we decided to wash all dishes by hand (not a big deal at all). Upon arrival, the storm entry door was broken, would not shut. There was a bent shaft in the closing mechanism. I drove 20 miles to the local hardware store and purchased a new cylinder which allowed the door to close and latch. The window sills on 2nd floor were covered in dead flies. Made me question the cleanliness of the house itself. Prior to my children's arrival, I again drove 20 miles and purchased all cleaning materials and cleaners, I deep cleaned and scrubbed the house. Should you require any pictures I took several validating what I am writing. Again, it is difficult to not enjoy the setting as it is located in a beautiful area. That said, had I inspected the property prior to submitting payment for the amount I paid, I would NOT have rented this cabin being in the shape it was in. "

"Our host was great the pictures did not do justice to the cabin. Cabin was way nicer than we expected. Hot tub was on point and there was room for our whole family. Loved the Christmas Decorations grand children were so happy to see the Christmas trees and deers we had a great time thank you for the new memories on this special day.. We will definitely come be back. "
