"What a treat! The loft apartment was super clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom nicely done with quality towels. Kitchen well stocked with pots etc. Good coffee provided as well. Excellent location - just a 5 minute from the train station and minutes from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area."

"The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"The positives are-A very roomy nice looking apartment which is well equipped. Other observations - Living room not hoovered. Full of bits of crisp crumbs.moved sofa to hoover and found child's sunglasses, cup coaster, the brush end from the hoover and chocolate cake in a lot of fluff. There was a used towel in the bathroom and one in the basket in the front bedroom and a small piece of used soap in the shower dish with a long black hair on the tiles. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
