Perfect for our needs

This was the perfect home for our trip. We were in the area to celebrate our son's graduation from basic training. The house was close to the base, grocery stores and restaurants- everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our requests when we needed help. Overall, great place tto stay.

We had an outstanding stay! It was just as advertised! This is an amazing location for Fort Jackson BCT graduation and close to restaurants and shopping! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, and check-in and check-out was easy! We will stay here again if we are in the area!

It was nice and they allow pets. Fenced backyard was wonderful. There was a little too much pet hair from previous guest for my liking but it was enjoyable. I would book again if in the area.

Great place

We rented for BCT graduation at Fort Jackson. This property is close to shopping for convenience and only 15 min to the base. Very nice and very clean! We would rent again if ever in the area!

Cute house

We stayed for 2 weeks while we moved from FL to Columbia. Quiet neighborhood and clean house. Happy about the fenced in backyard for our dog.

Great property for pets in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed the updated interior, the super clean rooms and the fenced in yard for our dog. This property is just as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is well appointed with all the pots and pans needed. The owner provided paper towels, toilet paper and soap - even for the washer and dryer! The neighborhood is quiet and well tended and we felt very safe during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again if we come to Columbia for a long stay.

When we got there the master bathroom was dirty. Used washcloth in the shower and hair. Also hair and used flosser on sink counter. The kitchen counter wash dirty and the few dishes in the dish washer were dirty. There is a hole in the wall behind the front door. The towle rack in second bathroom was coming out of the wallanf there was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. The floor wasnt swept. There were crumbs on the kichen table and the table in the living room.The house smelled of very strong bleach, like someone dropped the bleach bottle. The full trashcan was in middle of the driveway and the mailbox is full of mail. When contacted the owner about mess and damage told her we took picturesshe did get right back with us right away sayoling she'd adress the issuse as soon as she could. I recommend the owner hire a new cleaning company. The place is nice and up to date, it has potential.

Boot camp Graduation

My mother and I shared the twin room, my former sister in law had her own room and my brother was in the master. It was the perfect space for our family. We were close to base and the owners were very responsive. We only had 3 sets of towels and they purchased more and had them delivered. Turns out the other towels were in the dryer the whole time. We would definitely stay again.
