"For the price, it’s a good place to stay. I usually give good reviews after each stay here but not this time. At check in, the person working the front desk was so incredibly rude. So unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was fine. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Only issue was the tv was not working. I called the front desk to ask if someone could fix it. I was told maintenance would be there in a few minutes to fix. No one showed up. "

"This hotel is listed as pet-friendly, but the listing and website do not explain there is a $50 temporary charge, in case of damages, and an additional $30 pet fee that is non-refundable. There is no designated outdoor pet area or place to dispose of waste, so it was obvious that many people didn't clean up after their dogs. In addition, there were some areas in the parking lot and grassy area that had small pieces of broken glass. The condition of the room was below average with a loose bathroom door handle, dirty shower curtain, a desk lamp that didn't work, and a strong deodorant smell throughout the room. "

"The breakfast was excellent there was a variety of breakfast food more than what you usually get at a included breakfast and there was bacon which you don’t normally see as well it’s the little things that Matter. I had an issue with a loud heater/blower in my room and the front desk agent moved us right away. She was very kind. "
