Comfy rooms, modern looking, breakfast was delicious! Bisquits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, drinks, etc, thank u Best Western!

Room smelled of smoke or smoke cleaner. Bed sheets had grass clippings, so not sure if they were changed. Breakfast was okay, but watery scrambled eggs. Price was good. I guess you get what you pay for.

Pretty decent hotel that is surrounded by other "better" hotels I guess. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Shower felt amazing! I did not partake in the continental breakfast, but it did look very delicious! Not the best looking property, almost rough looking, however, it is saved by it's location. I would stay there again if in town.

Avoid!

Another old motel that needs torn down. They slapped some paint on, splattered everywhere, and think its good. It is not! Tub was dirty. Bed was hard. Some towels were dirty.

Clean and Comfortable, External Room Doors

We booked early but ended up with an upstairs room directly adjacent to the open-air wooden staircase which was very noisy with people coming and going. Parking lot was still full of cars, but breakfast was being broken down at 9a on a sunday?!?!? (He did get us out some dry scrambled eggs that had recently been pulled.)

We literally left and checked in to another hotel (even though the room non-refundable). For the price we paid, I would have expected it to be clean and to feel safe. It was not clean and definitely felt unsafe.

Nasty and nastier.

The room that was reserved for us was musty smelling; the sink & tub were dirty; and the sheets had stains on them. We asked for a different room but it was also unsuitable for anyone to stay in. We demanded a refund and found another motel for our 2-night stay in Columbus, Indiana.

The bed was comfortable, but the towel bar was not attached and fell off the wall. The desk chair was broken and missing an arm.

Their cleanness with their rooms really bad :( The building is runned down, shower was dirty stained towels and more they need to consult a third party hotel inspector so they can provide a better service.

Microwave rust

Very unhappy with the room cleanliness. There was so much rust inside the microwave so I ended up never using it. The bathroom was also not that good looking. Get yourself into the neighborhood Super 8 which is cheap as well as clean.

Good enough for the price.

The rooms are outside facing, with no rug or carpet, so if your feet or socks will collect any dirt brought in. Some detail work such as caulking and floorboards were lacking. Other than that it wasn’t bad, the staff was friendly enough and the price was was about half of everything else nearby. I would do stay again, but if you’re not cheap like me, you could do better.
