  • Welcome to our lovely home! We are excited to have you as our guest and are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

    Our home is a two-level split. The ground floor includes the kitchen, living area, laundry facilities, a half-bathroom, and the dining area. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

    The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, and two full-sized beds. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with 60-inch Smart TVs.

    Guests have full access to the house, except for the garage, which is locked.

Place was great. Nice and clean and had everything we needed. Great location... Close to where we were headed. Nothing to complain about at all. Would definitely book again!

The house was nice, clean, and affordable. But I had some questions about the place and the check-in process for the host, sent multiple messages in advance, and received no response.

Great stay! House was clean and appeared recently updated. No trouble finding the location. Easy access to get in and out. Beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept on. Despite being a duplex-type house, we never heard the people on the other side. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping available. Definitely made our stay comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with and accessible had there been any problems. Highly recommend.

Nothing was cleaned, TP, floss picks on floor & other nasty stuff. towels still in dryer, toilet broken, couldn’t use. Light out in bathroom, creamer spoiled & curdled in coffee, keurig continuously said add water even when full. Hair on floor in bedroom & bathrooms, rugs still dirty. They came to clean on Saturday afternoon but still didn’t sweep up hair on floors.

Just what we needed

Exactly what we needed for our trip to Sonic Temple! Quiet and comfortable, and close to the venue. We will definitely look to stay again next year.

Nationals

We would definitely stay again. The garbage disposal backed up the first time we used it which means something was amiss before we used it. But, we would definitely stay again!

The property we booked was actually in the middle of a new renovation. There was a mix up with the listing not supposed to be available because of this but the property owner quickly resolved the issue and had us stay in the adjacent unit which was a little nicer and a little more expensive but we didn’t have to pay the difference. The area around the place has a lot of different ethnic restaurants and it’s conveniently 15-20 minutes from Easton, Polaris, and the zoo. You can get around pretty much everywhere we wanted to go while avoiding major highways, even up to Tanger outlets. Everything we needed was provided and it was an overall positive experience.

Great place

Nice property, comfortable beds.. not far from the things we wanted to do. Would recommend!! Maybe a fire pit in the back

Perfect location, so glad we chose this over a hotel

Needed a homebase during Christmas for a family reunion. Location was great - close to Westerville and the highway but quiet and tucked away. Older home and a new listing but I can tell they are putting a lot into place. Lots of space to spread out for some quiet time, new appliances , nice TVs and lighting everywhere. Very clean. Floors were a little squeaky.

Family visit

The place was was completely updated and very clean. It was only minutes from the highway exit. The rooms were spacious especially the bedrooms. The backyard was fenced in with a large covered patio and new furniture, it was a great space for our 2 yr old grandson to play. The ony drawback was the duplex was on a older street with multipal rental units and some of them were not well maintained. The property had lots of outdoor lighting to see when we returned after dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend

The property was nice and clean. Owners responded quickly were I sent them a message. The only issue was lighting not working in two of the bedrooms. I contacted the owner and they offered to fix it asap

March 2025

Took my daughters and a friend to see a concert that was in town and booked this for a 2 night stay. Learned a lesson on my part to Google the address and check out the street view. Got in late and couldn’t get a good look around. Pulled up and there was a motion sensor alarm above the garage that went off several times when cars would drive by. I messaged the property manager to see if it was something we were doing wrong but didn’t hear back. I messaged the following day regarding the general cleanliness of the place and heard back a couple of hours later. Overall it just didn’t feel clean (floors, door handles, surfaces). It seems to be an older duplex and that they are working on improvements, but it was overall just rough. Couple of areas with holes in the walls/doors, old door handles/hardware, and pieces of trim missing. We needed up deciding not to stay the second night and got a hotel room instead.

The duplex was nice. Clean, comfy bed, big bedrooms, and a nice outdoor space. The duplex needs finishing touches - hand rails on stairs, grout in some spots in the bathroom, hooks to hang things up in bathrooms, more bedroom storage, shower caddy, and removing stickers on doors and furniture, foam protectors in the fridge. These are the purchase stickers when someone buys an item and the items have label stickers (part A connects to part B). The decor wasn’t my style but everything was there to make a stay relaxing. As for repairs there was a nail sticking out of one of the stair treads. The host responded but it took 2 days to fix. I couldn’t get the downstairs TV to turn on. It ended up being the batteries but again it took two days to fix and that was after some back and forth conversations with the host. The kitchen was nice but lacked pots and pans so cooking was challenging. Location -The location was great for me because of where I was going everyday. It was central to every thing. There is a good bit of road noise and the neighborhood isn’t great. There were a lot of lawns that hadn’t been mowed and lots of old furniture and garbage sitting around. It didn’t feel safe for walking because there were no sidewalks. Overall, for a two week trip it served its purpose. I don’t know that I would stay there again mostly because of the neighborhood and lack of walkability.

The communication with host is terrible. Had an issue with food eaten on the first day and sent pictures to host and said e understand that things happen just want to make you aware and received nothing. There were zero cleaning supplies in the house included (no extra trash bags, no dishwasher soap, no all purpose cleaner, NOTHING). We had to run to the store to purchase all of this, the trash can outside was overflowing by the time we got there and to top it off the house is rated for 6 people but there were only 4 towels in the house. Also if your cold there were no extra blankets either. There's really only one space for parking since it is a shared driveway with the other townhouse on the property. The toilets barely flush and you can tell the shower was renovated fast because the doors barely close and the spout is barely attached. It looked like a towel rack had fallen off the wall before we got there because there were screw holes in the wall and pictures on the listing show the towel rack, Overall would not recommend this property and didn't feel safe in the neighborhood.
