"Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! "El edificio entero huele genial y las habitaciones también está muy limpias y olía muy bien. Dispones de aparcamiento fuera reservado para los apartamentos nosotros aparcamos en la misma puerta y de garaje subterráneo pero no recomiendo su uso ya que siempre había un coche aparcado en frente impidiendo el acceso y la salida. "The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality. Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay."
