"I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend it. I booked well in advance and chose this location because I was traveling with an infant and needed a reliable extended-stay setup. A week before arrival, I received information about limited front desk hours and was told I could check in through their app if arriving late. I downloaded the app and confirmed my reservation. On the day of arrival, I made multiple attempts to contact the property to confirm the late check-in process and received no response. After landing, I found out my reservation had been cancelled shortly before the front desk closed, with no meaningful notice or opportunity to resolve the issue. This left my family, including a baby, without accommodations upon arrival. Thankfully we found a last-minute alternative, but the situation was stressful and avoidable. The lack of communication and reliability was extremely concerning. I would not stay here again."

"The room was filthy and reeked of mold and smoke. Pieces of the moldy ceiling had fallen on the dresser. A huge pile of bugs had been swept into a corner. The sheets had holes. The department of health should be notified about that motel, and it should be condemned. I am beyond disgusted that the proprietors would rent a room like that to a human being. I have pictures, if anyone here really cares."

"The room was a decent size; however, the online ad stated it could fit 5 people—which was not true. Aside from the outdoor entrance to our room coming as a surprise, the “breakfast” amenity of our stay only included self made waffles, toast, bagels & dry cereal. Limited drink options as the OJ was down. Lack of milk for cereal. Overall an okay stay, but would not stay again. Would rather pay a bit more for a much nicer experience elsewhere."

"Stayed March 2026 expecting a safe, fully functional property, but that was not the case.There were multiple safety concerns, including loose tiles around the pool and tile near the doors that got wet and created a slipping risk. The back door required two hands to operate, and during our stay, my daughter slipped near the door that required only one hand and was injured. There were also maintenance issues inside, including a cabinet that would not close properly and was frequently in the way.The pool was dirty upon arrival. I contacted the host immediately and did not receive a response for several hours. The pool was not serviced until about 1 PM the following day, which limited our ability to use it for a significant portion of our stay, which is why we chose this property. Trash bins were also overflowing, and it appeared they had not been fully emptied prior to arrival.Several items were in poor condition (knives bending during use, broken pool sticks), and the listing photos appear outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. Also, the showers only produced lukewarm water during our stay.These issues were not disclosed prior to arrival, and we were not offered an option to relocate. Communication from the host was very limited and delayed. For the amount paid for two nights, this experience did not meet our expectations. I would recommend future guests confirm the current condition of the property before booking."

"The house was estetically beautiful. But the amount of issues was ridiculous. 1. Rented for my dad's funeral for 11 people, we got 4 towels and 2 washcloths. I had to request and new ones delivered. 2. We didn't have water for 24 hours. Management claimed it was a city issue but no one in the immediate area had issues , I did ask some neighbors to confirm. 3. Thermostat was either blasting heat at 80 or freezing is out at 60. We could not adjust. 4. Front bathtub would not drain. They delivered drano. Bathtub faucet also had constant stream of water. 5. Wallpaper was falling off in spare bedroom. 6, washing machine sounded like it was washing rocks. Very loud and all we had in it was one towel. 7. Stains on carpet master bedroom. 8 some type of electrical box in back yard had wires exposed. Dangerous as we had small children 9. Someone's else's food was left in the refrigerator 10. No coffee pot. Contacted host. Small 2 cup pot was delivered. Let me say again. I had 7 adults. 11. Floor boards dirty, hair. 12. Upstairs lamp broken. 13. Upstairs not connected to a/c had portable window unit. I could go on and on. It served it's purpose for a place to sleep, but problems with house far out weighed the positives. I have never left a comment like this ever, but the price I paid was not worth the trouble. If anyone wants to see pictures, I have multiple. "
