"Hotel was nice, breakfast was good, hotel was clean BUT when we arrived, when we checked in we were told the elevator wasn’t working, an our room was on the 4th floor. This would have been fine if it was only our one day of our stay. It was not working the entire 5 days of our reservation. I think they should have made better accommodation, move us floors or check with other IHG hotels in the area for same accommodation. A bit disappointing seeing I use IHG hotels all the time! "

"Upon arrival one of our beds was covered in hairs , appeared to be from laundry room . Just was an easy thing to see, how could they miss that. Went to front desk and told receptionist. He said cleaning staff was gone for the evening, He personally went to our room and vhanged the sheets for us. William did not hesitate to help and it shows a great amount of Commitment & Dedication to his Job. That made us satisfied with our room. All else about our stay was very good. Easy access, great breakfast buffet. Great workout room. Staff is friendly and courteous. "

"House was not fully cleaned dishes wash didn't work mold in the freezer the pool was in bad shape one of the beds fell apart while laying on it ,toilet leaked couch in Garage had cockroach crawling out of it host replied to one of my messages "

"We had no pets with us for this stay. The house had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. Yes the bed had what seemed to be cleaned sheets. The towels appeared to have been washed. However, the bathroom, kitchen, family area had not been sweeped or mop. The showers were filthy. The baseboards have never been cleaned. The fridge was not wiped out. I informed the owner of the situation that evening when we arrived he stated he would speak with the house keeper. I informed him after a 15 hour car ride it was unacceptable to find a house in this condition. He stated he would have the house keeper come in the morning to replace the batteries in the electronic front door lock , that never happened. We found a Dollar store close and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the house for our stay. I requested only for my cleaning fee to be returned the owner never responded to my request. This is a 4/ 2.5 house for 3 people. So I would not return or recommend this property to anyone. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. This would have been a great stay if the house had been cleaned properly "
