"Im sorry to say that this hotel isnt as advertised. It is advertised as "luxury" with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, but you cant actually use them! The building is very old and tired, and far from the "luxury" hotel they portray. I booked this hotel specifically for a stay with my son as he loves to swim, yet once we had been allocated a room in the Refuge du Montagnard building we discovered we couldnt access the pools clearly advertised on the website. When i questioned this with reception we were told that its not possible. Ignore the pictures on the advert as they arent accurate for what you actually get. The hotel had a srong smell of sewage and drains, which wasnt pleasant. The location is very good, but sadly we wouldnt return."

A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless. If you are looking for a hotel that offers top-tier service while remaining comfortable and welcoming, this is the place to stay."
