Cleaning Fee Policy
To keep our cleaning fees as fair and affordable as possible for smaller groups, our standard cleaning fee is $90, which covers up to two guests using one bedroom and one bathroom.

If your group requires additional space, the fee adjusts as follows:

1–2 Guests (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom): $90

3+ Guests (Multiple Bedrooms / Both Bathrooms): $145

Please Note: Because neither of the booking platforms we use automatically calculate dynamic cleaning fees at checkout based on bedroom usage, we will manually send a Resolution Center request for the remaining balance ($55) after your reservation is confirmed. We will always message you to confirm before applying any adjustments!
