"Our tub/shower did not have water and we were moved the next morning to another room that they told us the night before that they did not have. Why the maintenance man would have left it like that?"

"Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6 lanes of traffic safely to go to Circle K store. No places to get food around the hotel on foot. Will not stay at this hotel in the future. "

"The room was clean & newly renovated, and all of the staff was friendly. It was very convenient that the hotel's shuttle for the airport ran every hour on the hour. However, there were two problems. First, there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. At the minimum there should be a fridge. Next, I called the front desk because my tv remote wasn't working. I was told that I needed to charge it with a C charger, which thankfully I had. The hotel needs to provide chargers or get remotes that use batteries. It took about 20 minutes to get a good enough charge so I could watch tv. "

"Quick airport overnight stay, in at midnight out at 7:30. Prompt pickup at the airport and a very nice staff."

"If your into a smoke smell…cigarette burned sheets…dirty bathroom cigarette burns on and in the tub…used toiletries and a sketchy atmosphere…then this room is for you…it was cheap and last minute…I booked this room through the app…the pictures are not accurate… I literally sleep in my whole outfit with the shoes on…. The air barely worked and the ceiling fan blades where dropped down… I prayed and plead the blood of the lamb took a sleeping pill…never again stay clear of Evergreen..it’s inexpensive for a reason"
