"The property is a perfect retreat on Lake Como itself. Our room, 302, was exceptional. With an open balcony on 2 sides. Giving an uninterrupted grand view of the amazing Lake. It was clean and a good size. The only things missing were Tea and Coffee making facilities and the bathroom isn’t very private. I brought my partner here to propose with the background of Lake Como. The staff were absolutely 10/10. The communication before hand leading to our stay. They were exceptional. Thank you for a great stay. "

"My room was clean. The air conditioning was switched off by the hotel, so i could inly open my window. The breakfast area was very crowded. It was due to a tour group eating early, so i had to delay eating until the group left. Como's bus system is a bit confusing. Not all busses go to Como San Giovanni, so if you have luggage, it may be better to take a taxi for a reasonable price. "
