Horseshoe Hideaway with Sunset Views

Escape to our modern-rustic Colorado mountain home on a private 1-acre lot. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and total privacy. This 3-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps guests and features an open-concept living space, a private balcony, and a dedicated workspace. Perfect for a peaceful adventure in the heart of the Rockies.

In need of further discoveries, here's some things we've enjoyed:
- 25 minutes to Colorado Trail / Kenosha Pass (some of Colorado's premier hiking and mountain biking)
- 25 minutes to Fairplay / South Park
< 20 minutes to start of Boreas Pass Rd (one of the famous fall color drives in Colorado)
- 25 minutes to Tarryall Reservoir (fishing, bring your paddle board or check out the waterfall)
- Gravel cycling out the front door! I've got a few GPS routes I can share with you
< 3 miles watch the sun set at end of Lookout Road, just a small discovery I found with breathtaking views
< 1 hour to Breckenridge
- 5 miles hike and explore Observatory Rock

The house is set on a 1 acre lot for plenty of privacy and mountain living, one of the few remaining places to experience raw Colorado away from big crowds.

Spacious living room with beautiful views of the mountains and walkout access to the deck. A comfortable sofa and chairs provide seating for 5 in front of the TV and a pellet stove

42” Smart television with all the main streaming apps available. Just login and enjoy. With fast wifi, you’ll have enough bandwidth for HD movies and other needs. Books and board games available to kick back, slow down and enjoy.

★Cell Phone Coverage★
Cell coverage at the house and neighborhood is limited. Please download checkin information and Wifi password prior your arrival to avoid not being able to communicate with us.

★Kitchen★
Fully equipped spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a 5-burner gas range, electric tea kettle, microwave, complete knife set, dishwasher, spices, oils, dishware, flatware, glassware, toaster, crockpot, drip coffee maker. french press, Keurig (in bedroom), wine fridge

★Beds & Baths★
Horseshoe Hideaway features 3 private bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins), and 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked with linens, towels, hair dryers and body soap.

★Essentials★
The house is equipped with high speed WiFi and a pellet stove with ample wood pellets supplied to enjoy a cozy fire at night.

★Pets (dogs only)★
2 Max, pick up after your pet, keep them off the furniture, a large kennel is provided, do not leave your pet(s) unsupervised

★Parking★
Driveway only (4 vehicles max). Parking not allowed on county roads

-This house has a septic system. Absolutely, NO flushing of anything other than toilet paper. Appropriate receptacles for other items are provided.

-In the winter, we do our best to keep the driveway cleared of snow. However, depending on your arrival/departure time, we can't always guarantee the driveway will be cleared up. Therefore please be prepared for snow, it can easily disrupt your plans! Additionally, its required that you have AWD or 4x4 to access the property from Nov through Apr. The roads are well maintained but with an elevation of 9,639 feet snow can and will come at any time. We want you to travel safe and enjoy your stay!

-We do have snow plow services for the driveway after significant snowfall (~4 inches). We will notify you if/when snowplowing is scheduled.

-Closest grocery store and gas station is about 25 minutes away in Fairplay
