"We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar."

"We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable."

"We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day."

"The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. A small point that did not detract from a great week in a stand out property. Highly recommended!"

She arranged for dependable drivers and an outstanding cook and provided advice and recommendations on restaurants, trips, etc. The Host quickly responded to problems and questions personally. "Our group included 2 couples and two 24 year old daughters and this house was perfect for us. All the bedrooms were very spacious and had their own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of hangers and shelves for our clothing.
