The double room, with a private bathroom located in the corridor, just 2.50 meters from the door, is tastefully furnished and offers two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, free air conditioning, minibar, kettle and 43-inch flat-screen smart TV.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, as well as shampoo and soap for the comfort of guests. The linen, including sheets, towels and shower mats, is changed every two days for stays of more than three nights.
The room also has an exclusive veranda, accessible directly from the room, furnished with table, chairs and planter. It is the ideal place to read a book, work on the computer or sip tea in total relaxation, without disturbing those who, a few steps away, want to experience their holiday in a different way.
The villa where you will stay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Lucca outside the limited traffic area (ZTL), enjoys an excellent location. Renovated in 2024, it is well connected by public transport and close to many amenities, including a delicious pastry shop just 90 meters away and an Esselunga supermarket 180 meters away.
Access to the first and last floor of the house, without a lift, is via a large and comfortable staircase (158 cm wide) in Bianco Perlato marble that starts from the private garden.
Once on the floor, a central corridor disengages all the rooms and leads to a large living room, available to guests, where you can work, or where you can relax, sitting at comfortable tables or on a large sofa, listening to old 45 rpm records that recreate atmospheres of past times.
Ultra-fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
From the living room there is access to a balcony with a panoramic view, large and relaxing, of a neighborhood characterized by large spaces between buildings.
