"The place is exactly as the pictures so. Very fun staying in a villa. Hate the climbing but the place is the reward. Google gives a difficult and ugly route. Ask staff to tell you how to get to the elevator."

"Great place! Clean, as pictured, and right in the heart of Salerno. Marco was a great host and was very attentive. My only comment is that to get into the apartment, there is two virtual keys you must use from your phone. If you plan to travel using wifi only, this may be an issue as they won’t load without service "

"Our 8th hotel so far on this European vacation and our favorite so far. We’ve stayed in 4-star hotels and this hotel had the best amenities and bed! They’ve thought of everything so even though it is self-serve, they’ve laid out everything you may need. Highly recommend!"

Art In B&B
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent! Great location that’s walking distance to everything. Very comfortable beds and excellent and prompt service/response by the host Davide. Everyone was very nice and accommodated our arrival/departure schedule. There are no elevators (like in most places) so if you have tons of luggage or have trouble walking - be prepared. All around an excellent stay! I would stay here again. "
"I took my mom here for her 60th birthday trip and first international trip. She absolutely loved the room, as did I. From the old entry way, you feel like you’re stepping back in time, and once you enter the rooms, it’s quite breathtaking.
The way the property is set up is quite nice, with a guidebook with restaurant recommendations and local tourist options.
The B&B is in the old part of town and is only accessible by walking but it is worth the effort. The staff are exceptional and very welcoming. The breakfast was standard and delicious, with home cooked options.
I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the manager, Angelo, and I can’t say enough. He made us feel right at home and was very accommodating, making extra effort to ensure we had a great time.
I highly recommend Casa Sant’Angelo and think you will not make a mistake by staying here.

"I was in a single room which was quite small but had everything I needed. The hotel is opposite the central railway station and at the start of the shopping street which I thought would be noisy but the sound proofing was amazing. The location is ideal for busses, trains and ferries and a nice walk into the old town.
The breakfast was excellent, good choices and eggs can be cooked to order.
A bar would have been a bonus but not a problem. I would highly recommend.

"Nice funky, artsy hotel. Near the nice walkable area by sea and the old town area. Nice how they put a nice hotel on a floor of this old building. Room was clean and large. Plenty room to spread out and be comfortable. Also provided a fridge, cooking area, coffee and nice selection of tea. Slight negative that it can be a little loud at night being near the entertainment area. (little noisy on Sat night but not Sunday). I would stay again."
"Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival.
The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful.
The bed was comfortable and room spacious.
As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions for local and regional activities and meals. Bellisso! "
"Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located in the old part of town. Carmen was a wonderful host and made us delicious breakfast in the morning. It was very comfortable and a good location. We really enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk by the water. Highly recommend! "
