"The AC is weakkkk. Room set at 65 will not go lower and was HOT & Humid. Complained and said nothing they can do they are sold out, no other rooms. We showered and were sweating. I asked for Fan, sorry no fan. Asked again for different room or to look at AC, they said AC was working fine. No way was it 65 mor like 77. The room we stayed in was a Cubicle.
