The Villa is located in the center of Conca dei Marini (Italy), in the "AMALFI COAST" tourist area and only 5 km away from Amalfi. The Villa Gilda holiday home is a beautiful property (200 square meters) that offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The property can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests, 5 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 boys in a sofa bed with 2 bathrooms. If you have always wanted to visit the beautiful Italian coast, the holiday home is located a short distance from the sea (500 m). Near the structure there are shops and restaurants where you can find fresh and genuine products. Important: The house is accessed via a staircase with 10 steps, from the main road. Parking within 20 m. The beach can be reached on foot, even by shuttle bus
Upon arrival at Villa GILDA you will find a charming, clean and well maintained holiday home overlooking the sea, ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Amalfi Coast. In a short time you will be able to reach the most beautiful places in the region and when you arrive at home in the evening you will have the chance to rest with family and friends, finishing off another fantastic day of vacation in the Amalfi Coast. It is really convenient to have a washing machine at the property available for your laundry. Having lunch or dinner with family and friends is a great aspect of Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using fresh and genuine local products while on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, stove and fridge, as well as a sufficient number of crockery and cutlery for up to seven people.

Wonderful

We rented this beatiful Villa for 15 days, it was an incredible time with the most spectacular view, unforgattable places to explore, and unbelievably delicious food. Everyrhing was just top-notchhere. The people who manage the place were warm, kind and attentive to everything.It was wonderful I 100% recommended it!!!

Spectacular vista

Our 5 day stay was a highlight of our 25 day travel to Spain and Italy. Peaceful and relaxing time on the large patio with incredible views. We (2 adults) were in the area before the season began, so many restaurants were still closed, but the restaurant/pizzeria at the Puazza de Nino was great and convenient, along with other basic stores. Our host Sabatino was the perfect host. Highest ratings all around— hopefully we can return.

Great time at the Amalfi Coast

The home in Via Roma is in a great (!) location, spacious and well equipped. Good internet and two full bathrooms are a plus. Working with the hosts was easy and quick, they are very helpful and friendly. There is a grocery, a wine shop and a very good restaurant, all within 2 minutes walk. Sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean is fantastic vacation! Glad we came…..

Amalfi coast destination

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the villa. Sabatino is a very gracious and helpful host. His shop is only steps away on the street above the villa. We talked to him every day of our stay. The villa would be roomy and comfortable for four adults. We appreciated having two bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and a terrace with a beautiful Mediterranean view. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing Place!!!

We could not ask for a better location, home and overall friendly owners. This place is amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful as well as the gardens. The view is spectacular and waking up to the ocean was just incredible. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Best Property Manager ever

The villa is as described with beautiful view of the ocean & surroundings. Sabatino, manager of the villa, was extremely responsive to every request of ours, no matter how big or small. His response was almost instantaneous. He also gave us the bus time table to Amalfi the day we checked in and we took the bus for the 1st few days since there's hardly any parking in both Amalfi & Positano. We then drove to the other towns along the coast where parking was possible. All in all we had a most enjoyable time staying at the villa. The mini-market nearby was quite efficiently stocked & we made several meals in the villa. We highly recommend staying there for a trip to the Amalfi coast.

Beautiful Home away from home in the Amalfi Coast

Sabatino the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful with wonderful recommendations for places to visit. His wonderful shop just steps from the home has great wine and beautiful photos he has taken and published over the year are must-see. There is also a delicious restaurant, grocery store on the same block. The home and the views were gorgeous. There are orange, lemon and tangerine trees adjacent to the house. The central location of the home also made it easy to visit beautiful towns like Amalfi, Ravello, Priano, Positano and Sorrento, for example. We look forward to returning in the very near future.

The property is beautiful in a quiet village away from tourism. A lovely restaurant near by and a grocery with everything we needed. Wine store too. But just a 15 minute bus ride to Amalfi and all tours. Perfect vacation spot. Several stone steps to the apartment. But worth it

Million Dollar View--Great Villa

Absolutely the BEST!!

Everything about this property was perfect! Very roomy, comfortable and clean we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations, they exceeded our expectations! The property manager Sabatino and his beautiful daughter Nunzia were so amazing and truly made our trip! We will be back and recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Quiet town, amazing views

This villa has the most amazing views! We loved the little town, although the stairs to the beach were prohibitive. The beach itself, though rocky, was absolutely wonderful. Like the town itself, the beach is out of the way, small, and a wonderful respite from the overly crowded and touristy Amalfi coast. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little Villa with absolutely stunning views. Sabatino is the nicest host, couldn’t do enough for us and has very helpful tips. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants on the street above the villa, go for a cocktail or coffee in the ceramic shop down the road and pick up some beautiful souvenirs. Amalfi and Positano are in easy reach by car. The villa could benefit from a couple of sun loungers but other than that everything was perfect.

Better than advertised

What a great vacation. Sabatino’s home was perfect for us. Located in the beautiful town of Conca dei Marini, which is quieter than the congested areas of the coast but still boasts great dining and beach areas. Easy walking distance to outstanding restaurants. Pizzeria da Nino, Le Bonte del Capo and the Monastery Santa Rosa. The home itself is amazing. Comfortable, spacious, well appointed and the views… Magnifico!

Conca die Marini wonderful, quiet location

Steps from 2 very nice local restaurants a grocery store with necessities and a very nice coffee shop. 1120 (I counted) steps to 3 nice beaches. House clean, well maintained. Infrequent bus steps away. Frequent bus to Amalfi Positano at Grotto stop. Local bus circuit around and up/down Conca. Conca very base to explore the Amalfi coast.

Amazing

This place exceeded our expectations. Sabatino and Nunzia were very helpful with just about everything , from excursions to car transfers! The bed was very comfortable and everything was so clean. The views from every room were absolutely stunning. The town of Conca is so quaint and welcoming. It was so peaceful after spending time in the other busier areas. With a delicious pizzeria ten stairs up, a market down the road, and another fantastic restaurant just a short, stair free walk away! We would go back in a heartbeat ❤️

Amazing Amalfi Coast Experience!

We are so happy we found Beautiful Villa! Sabatino and Nunzia went above and beyond to make our stay in Conca dei Marini perfect. Great food was just steps away and the staff at La Piazza da Nino, Le Bonta del Capo and La bottega del Corso were incredibly friendly. Nunzia was able to arrange private transfers and excursions at prices that were as good or better than other quotes I received. Our driver Simon and boat captain Daniele were awesome! Sabatino's knowledge of the region is unrivaled. Local buses also make for easy connections to Amalfi and surrounding areas. And for those who like to exercise, there are (many) steps to get to and from the beach. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Thanks Sab and Nunzia!

Evan more magnificent than photos suggest

This cliffside villa embodies a very personal charm that can only be found when an owner absolutely takes care and devotes prode to details. Sabatino was a great host with timely communications and meeting us on arrival. We arrived with a lot of food and pretty much just stayed at the villa and enjoyed its massive views, fabulous weather and its regional decor. There are couple restaurants, a small grocery, and a fine wine shop across the street. After staying at 8 properties over six weeks, this is the best!

Wonderful villa with a great view

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The villa is very large inside and out with a great view of Amalfi Coast. It has everything we need as a family of four. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with two restaurants and a grocery store near by. We had a rental car and drove from Pompeii. But it is much easier and inexpensive to just take the bus if you plan to visit other towns along the coast since finding parking in those towns can be difficult. The hosts are wonderful. They also run a travel agency that can help you with all your traveling needs and plans.

Family trip to Italy

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Luisa. The property itself is just beautiful. We loved the village too. The views are amazing and it was so lovely and quiet. It’s ideally located close to Sorrento, Pompeii and Capri. Luisa and Anna were both so lovely, friendly and helpful. They arranged a fantastic boat tour to Capri for us that we will never forget. Also arranged for a driver for us to take us on day trips which made the whole trip easy and stress free. They both were so lovely and gracious. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back! Ash ❤️

Breath Taking Village and View of the Sea from Villa

Conca Dei Marini is simply "Heaven on Earth." This property is a traditional older villa with sweeping Sea views situated down the stairs from the village, filled with wonderful and warm people who run two restaurants, cafe/ceramic shop, small markets and wine shop. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Positano and Amalfi Center-- the beautiful coastline. To get to the water is approximately 1900 steps one way which kept us in shape daily transversing up and down many, many steps but beautiful views. (There is a shuttle as well). It is worth the decent/assent to swim in the magnificent blue/turquoise sea. The villa is comfortable and spacious-- older Italian villa, with fresh lemon and lime trees to pick in back of the house! The only challenge is that the 2nd bedroom does not have air condition and it was very hot so our adult girls slept int he pull out couch. We would most definitely vacation here again!
