"reserved a room for our room to be booked by someone else, charges a no show fee if you’re a few hours late even when it’s your reservation for a hotel? they don’t care about your flight delays still made us pay for 2 rooms! poor poor poor, no compassion, no sympathy,room was dirty found someone dirty chancla under the chair. the coffee maker was disgusting they don’t clean throughly. it is what it is now but definitely don’t expect the best. This room was no where near the price it should have been too pricey for that nasty room overall horrible hotel needs a whole makeover "

Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Room was recently remodeled but still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No other comments"
