We’ve stayed there several different times this summer about four every room has been really good this last day. The bed was really squeaky. We heard other reviews about squeaky beds, and I always laughed because none of mine had ever been. This one was the only time we were on floor three and maybe that was a difference we had been on four and two and the beds have been great so I suggest don’t go on floor three

Everybody was nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing I could say that a bother us was the elevator had too much noise and felt like it was gonna get stuck other than that. Everything was perfect.

The room has pungent odor when we checked in. We had to leave right away but we requested a room change. Kenny said they’ll have the carpet cleaned. Heidi wasn’t very accommodating when I called in advance to remind that we would like a room change- she said we can’t coz it should have been done when we checked in and we can’t get a refund if we move to another hotel. Asked for me to hold then she hung up. Luckily, smell was gone when we arrived few hours later. Breakfast was good for the price. Free parking so that’s good too.
