"We showed up to check in and was told that the elevator broke down so everybody was on the first and second floor then about an hour after check-in the fire alarms went off in the building and we had to evacuate because someone put toast in the toaster and the toaster caught on fire so the whole downstairs area where we were on floor one smelled of burnt toast all night. It had been a worker that caused the toaster because the breakfast area was closed off to everyone else. There was never an apology to anyone or asking if anyone needed anything or if we were OK. The two workers that I saw there were outside. I never saw anyone check on the people that were staying there or make sure that everyone that was staying there was out of the building."

"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. I was tired and wanted to change. My kids wanted to go and eat. When we finally arrived into our room. My son was showering the only light flickered off, it scared him and he screamed. My daughter had to use the light of my cell phone to shower but in the middle the light came back on. The bathroom is pitch dark without a light. My son could not see and slipped coming out of the tub, trying to get out. All can say was the staff was nice. I am not sure I will be back."

"The employee called James was very disrespectful and nonchalant. I came in heavily pregnant with my children and we were kept waiting for over 3 hours, he found a room on the ground floor and I requested for a room on any other floor and when I requested to view the room he cancelled my reservation. It’s not worth it. We had to go to Hilton Garden hotel close by with better rate, respect and professional customer service. With better service and no discrimination. I hope the management will look into this and hire staff that are professionals and kind helpful to families!"

"Room was very clean and the night staff young ladies were very helpful and a delight. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady keeping the food stock for breakfast was very efficient she did not miss a beat. Would definitely stay there again. Plus is around any and everything"
