"The location can’t be beat. Loved the beachfront view from my balcony on a high floor. Also loved the buffet dinner on Friday night (European cuisine). My only complaint is that I was unable to use the in-room safe because it was too difficult to operate."

"Staff were lovely and helpful. Codes were easy to get into the room and they let us store our bags for a few hours which was nice. I would suggest maybe better blackout blinds for the windows as they let in quite a bit of light, a grater and potato peeler for cooking, bigger mugs for tea and the smell in the bathroom was quite strong from the drains. Other than these small factors we loved our stay. The balcony has sun in the afternoon which was nice, we put one of the chairs out there. Thank you"

"I was pretty disappointed with our four night stay. While the room is nicely done, there are so many amenities missing! Simple things like hair conditioner and a box of tissue as well as a lack of any tea kettle. And the seaside view is a bit misleading because you had the best view of a building, but if you looked sideways, you could see the beach. The street below is also very noisy, late into the night. It is situated pretty nicely for walking, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast area was our biggest disappointment. It is located down in a basement that is dark and very dingy as well as sprinkled with cobwebs. The shining light of this hotel is the staff, we found them very helpful and courteous. Kudos to them!"

"Nettes Personal beim Check in. Saubere öffentliche Räume, Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden falls man eine Mahlzeit im Hotel einnehmen möchte. Gut gedacht, bedeutet aber nicht gut gemacht. Bett unbequem und quietscht. Bad ohne Seife. Nur Duschgel war vorhanden. Tresor im Zimmer ohne Funktion. Dies wurde auch nicht repariert. Klimaanlage nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption nutzbar und dann mit einer ganzen Seite an Instruktionen wie und wie nicht die Klimaanlage genutzt werden darf. Sehr hellhöriges Haus, konnte die ganze Nacht die Babies der anderen Familien hören. "

"He estado dos veces seguidas en este hotel con una semana de diferencia y se confirma las deficiencias, solo pasa el servicio de habitaciones si se exige en recepción, no reponen el gel de ducha a menos que lo reclames varias veces, y el hotel peca de tener pocos servicios en general"
