"I was impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly, Jose Maria, were extremely helpful, the room was stylishly designed, the location was great, close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The only drawback was a chair that would not go under the very small desk. Not a huge problem for a leisure hotel. "

"This hotel is a mix of great staff, great location but with some negatives to that location. The room I stayed in (504) was spacious, had good storage and a good en suite. Unfortunately, it also overlooked the street and was directly opposite a restaurant which had a Spanish-style guitar group playing on the terrace on Saturday evening. It was also opposite an Irish pub which was definitely one of the party places on Friday and Saturday night. With no air-conditioning (not too much of an issue in March), even with the windows closed, the noise from both these establishments was intrusive. Breakfast was good each morning. Juice, coffee, bread (toasted), croissant (toasted), yoghurt, ham and cheese, butter and jam - it was a lovely start to the day. The hotel lacks its own outdoor space, which it would definitely benefit from (maybe a rooftop terrace). Staff were helpful. Probably better for a midweek break. There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and the beach is a short stroll away."

"Hotel in great location,cleaners kept the hotel bedrooms very clean ,they are definitely good at what they do ,asked for a kettle for room we were told by reception to use coffee maker ,no pods available in room though we were informed by reception shop across the road supplied them and the shop keeper knew exactly which ones we were to purchase .This was disappointing because I only drink tea and when using the coffee machine to warm water it leaked .The mugs too big for coffee machine .We did however had a great short break but it’s nice to start your morning off with either a cuppa tea /coffee without any hassle in your own room ."

"Excellent location convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the cruise ship terminal (I am about to take a cruise). I have a nice room overlooking the sea. Looking forward to staying here again next week after my cruise is over."
