Just beyond the city centre of Conil de la Frontera, the family-friendly holiday home Chalet Rocío is situated in a quiet area on a fenced property with a spacious pool area. With a warm, yellow exterior and cosy decor, the vacation home consists of a light-flooded living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television with international channels. With a baby cot, a highchair and a baby bath (upon request) as well as toys and children’s books, this apartment is also especially family-friendly. Outside, the generous pool area invites you to sunbathe on the loungers below the Spanish sun or under the shady parasols and to refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, which is guarded by removable fence for small children. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and prepare delicious meals together in the generous barbecue area of the garden, equipped with a table and chairs. A few supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can reach the historical centre of Conil de la Frontera in about 5 minutes by car, where you find a large assortment of shops, restaurants, bars and cultural activities. About 5 km or an 8-minute drive away, the gorgeous sands of the beaches Playa de la Fontanilla and Playa De Los Bateles await you. Here you can relax on the shore and admire the glittering water before you.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Bachelor parties are not allowed. Rest times, especially at night, should be respected in order to maintain a friendly relationship with the neighbors.

** The property must be delivered tidy (specially in regards to the dishes, washed and in their place, and trash taken to the outside containers), if this is not done there will be an additional cleaning fee.
