Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. Your generous private patio, furnished with an elegant dining area, invites you to share delicious meals together in the fresh air or a glass of wine during the mild summer evenings. Due to its optimal location in the centre of the charming city of Conil de la Frontera, a fantastic assortment of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just beyond your front door: a supermarket, for instance, is just 45 m away. Additionally, the most famous sights of Conil de la Frontera are within a short walk from the property: the Arco De La Villa, for instance, is 65 m away. This is the perfect place to simultaneously enjoy the tranquility of the beach and the hustle and bustle of a lively, coastal town with family and friends. Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am are not allowed.
