Near the pine-forest behind Roche in a quiet surrounding, abt. 5min by car from Conil and the beautiful beaches, you’ll find two attached bungalows (2x2) and one single house of each abt. 65m2. They are built around a private swimming-pool-area with outdoor-furniture to relax in the sun and with showers.
The pool is abt. 6m x 10m large and 1,0m to 1,9m deep.

Each of the five houses has: 2 bedrooms with two singlebeds each, an open plan kitchen with washing-machine, refrigerator with freezing-compartment, microwave. The bathroom has a tub and bidet. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, a fireplace and a TV. Two of the four houses dispose of international SAT-TV, the other two houses have local Spanish TV-channels. Therefore SAT-TV on request !! Electrical-heating and a cot can been supplied on demand. Furthermore every house has a small own fenced garden with a lawn, own garden-furniture for four persons and a nice outdoor-kitchen with barbecue.
