The living-dining room is very spacious and has two separate kitchens with utensils, refrigerator and microwave. It also has two bathrooms. Ideal for large and numerous families. Pets are allowed on request.

It has a very spacious patio fully furnished in rustic style. Barbecue. New swimming pool with sun loungers and outside storage room.

It is close to the beach of Roche and its coves, 10 minutes or less.

The town of Conil de la Frontera is about seven minutes away.
