"Clean room a smaller decent breakfast and good coffee, walking was ready to restaurants and pubs and the castle. Cliffs of Moher was 58 min drive way and only 35 min to Galway 🇮🇪parking not the greatest it services a lot of nearby businesses my only complaint."

"Rooms are small but nice. Bathroom was beautiful and very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, more springs then cushion. Besides that location was perfect. Right by the train station and few mins from all the popular things in Galway. Also each section on each floor had a shared section to cook and relax if needed. Nice touch."

"The picture promises a beautiful sand beach and the write up describes “Sun loungers” leading me to believe the property had a sand beach on site. The sand beach is 1.8 km from the property. There were no Sun loungers outdoors to be found. The indoor space was beautiful. I wish they would have focused on what they have (lovely indoor public spaces and spacious rooms) rather than posting a picture of a beach that is not easily accessible."

"Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

"The stay was comfortable and the gardens lovely. The drinks and barstaff great, reception great and friendly with advice on sight seeing. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a broken window pane and the furnishings were dated. Bed comfortable. The food was disappointing. I had a seafood chowder which was pretty good and the fish tasted fresh. the main was a steak that looked pale and was not cooked with lots of fat and gristle, the vegetables were overcooked. The desert tasted OK but...

"Great location. Parking next door at Spanish Arch parking garage.., turns were tight to get up to upper levels. Short walk to hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Windows worked great to block the noise from the street…. But the bars below and across the street were lots of fun. The gin bar at The Front Door around the corner was fabulous. Loved our stay in Galway."
