"Staff were polite. Facility was clean. But the road noise was so bad that I had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep."

"From the overall positive rating, I was expecting a somewhat nicer property despite the price. Everything functioned, but most of the facilities were in pretty bad repair and were very worn-looking. The elevator was paneled with plywood, the bathtub faucet pulled away from the wall when you tried to turn it on, the carpet was both sticky and sandy…stuff like that. So enjoy the price point, but expect a fairly low-level place to stay."

"I really enjoyed it there staff was great and very helpful and breakfast was great .room was clean everything was great theyre excellent with having pets as well ill be back soon pool area was nice fitness room was everything was very good."

"I stay here every year, usually 2x a year, with my family. Weve always loved it, but since By the Sea Resorts bought Palmetto Inn too, it seems to slowly be going down. The staff is great. The room was clean. Really the only issue was that the mattresses absolutely suck. The pillows were equally as horrible & uncomfortable. Im unsure what happened, as the beds were great even as recently as October 2025. And as much as they've raised their prices, a decent bed & pillows shouldny be too much to ask for. The coffee is awful & so weak, I barely knew it was coffee. Only half the cable channels worked, the remote only worked the volume. Please fix the bed problems. Everyone will benefit from it."

"The condo had great beach access (short walk, no steps) and comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella. The view was great. The property manager was quick to respond to questionsThere was not any hand or dish soap for the kitchen or broom to sweep up messes after meals. The condo had a slight mildew smell, as did the washing machine.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again."
