"Convenient located between paulista avenue and frei caneca mall. Spacious rooms and a decent restaurant. Breakfast is pretty good too. "

"Pros: great location, good breakfast and nice rooftop Cons: needs to modernize rooms (toilet doesn't flush), no utensils in mini kitchen corner, and no soundproofing at all (was on 5th floor and could hear every car passing on the streets below) "

"The location of the hotel is excellent because is just few blocks away from Avenida Paulista and Bella Paulista bakery. The staff is just amazing, pleasant and impeccable service. Breakfast needs improvement with fresh bread, cheese bread and Minas cheese as an option to the existing cheese(provolone and cheddar) I definitely will stay here again! "

"Hotel com ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável, porem o café da manha fraquissimo com poucas opções. Na primeira vez fui pedir pra fritarem um ovo e me cobraram 4 reais, ja na segunda me disseram que não poderiam fazer, pois o hotel estava cheio. Em tantos hoteis que ja fiquei hospedado nunca vi ser negado um pedido de fritar um ovo. Espero que isso possa melhorar com o decorrer do tempo. "

"The hotel is o.k; nothing exciting. Unfortunately the air conditioner at the hotel did not work very well and eventually went out all together. Sleeping in the room was like being in a sauna with a room temoerature of 27°C - 29°C. The hotel management publised a letter informing guests that the air conditioner would be out of service for one day. That was a nice gesture but the A/C was already out of service when the letter was posted. The guys at the front desk kept saying the A/C would be...
