Badly mismanaged hotel!
I have never been to a more mismanaged and more misguided hotel in my life (and that says a lot as I travel quite a bit).
The property is on the lake side of a highway with no crossing directly available, so you need to wither croas by the over-road bridge 200m to the right or pedestrian crossin 300m to the left wirh no pavement anywhere. Key features:
- Reception doesn't care about guests at all.
- Cleaners might come or not, unless you ask multiple times for it.
- AC either doesn't work or blows right on the bed directly.
- Leak stains everywhere
- Dirty floor and tables in the dining area and patio.
- Ridiculous pool stinking of bleach.
- Free toiletries given as pack of 1 for 2 guests.
- Exposed wiring
- Elevator doesn't work from 3rd floor
- Key Cards work only in some rooms
- After AC leaked in our room and aoaked into the carpet, we had to ask reception 3 times before they moved us.
- WiFi worka sporadically at best.
- Genuinely unfriendly and bored staff.
- Coffee machines contanrly broken in breakfast area.
No response from managemebt about our enquiries and ask for cancelation of our stay.
People, please avoid this place at all costs!!!

Hôtel bien situé avec vue, parking gratuit
Hôtel très bien situé avec grand parking gratuit. Belle chambre avec balcon et superbe vue sur la mer le port et le lac. Personnel agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner trės copieux, trés grand choix. Belle terrasse avec vue. Belle piscine avec transats.

Wir suchten ein kleineres Hotel mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und nah zum Strand. All das war hier vorhanden. Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße war nicht störend, wir hatten kaum Geräusche im Zimmer gehört. Der neue Pool ist auf der Rückseite mit Blick zum See. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Unser Bett war super bequem. Im Hotel ist ein Restaurant mit einer sehr umfangreichen Speisekarte. Das Essen war super lecker.
