"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."

"It was as advertised for Constanta cheap room it was clean and taken care of and the rooms looked ok the bed was fairly hard there wasnā€™t any AC in the rooms and there were a lot of charges listed for services in the room that normally come complimentary in the US and other countries itā€™s also not in a very good location I didnā€™t realize until I got there I spent more in cabs and uber going back and forth to the part of town I need to go to also the owner told us not to complain or we could just...
