"Wow!!!! We have just returned from an amazing holiday at La Escribana!!I booked this villa for 15 of us (9 adults and 6 children) for 5 nights for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration and we had a brilliant time. The booking process was seamless and the host was responsive and very helpful. The house is surrounded by lush greenery and a 10 min walk into town though a steep climb for a bit so might not be suitable for all.The house is cosy and tastefully decorated with multiple spaces to relax including outdoors. The kitchen and dining area was the hub for us all to gather together whilst we did some cooking. There are supermarkets in town and Trady’s will deliver! There is a great butchers for Iberian meats and we bought some yummy stuff for my husband’s birthday barbecue party in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to have a very comfortable stay. Bedrooms were comfortable with big beds, storage space and most with en-suites. The pool was big enough for us all and cleaned regularly. There is a room outside which holds loads of toys and a washing machine/dryer which again made it feel like a home away from home!The children had an amazing time with access to games, even hide and seek in the massive gardens!Lola and Fernando are the caretakers and were fantastic and very responsive via WhatsApp.Constantina is a quaint village with bars and cafes and we even did a day trip to Seville. La Escribana did not disappoint! :)"

"We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad, ook al was het weer de eerste week koud en nat. Het huis ligt prachtig op een heuvel met verschillende mooie uitzichten een tuin rondom het huis. Goede tuinstoelen!Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Voor de koude avonden is er een houtkachel. De keuken apparatuur is goed. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en erg aardig.De omgeving is geweldig. Het nationale park Siërra Norte de Sevilla is heel geschikt om te wandelen. Overal zijn wandelingen uitgezet. Het stadje Constantina ligt op een half uur lopen van het huis, via een brede onverharde weg, en is erg gezellig. Veel restaurantjes en cafés. Er is een grote supermarkt. We gaan hier zeker nog eens terugkomen."

"Rafa sent details before we travelled, also location, met us at property, very welcoming, showed us around. Beautiful villa, everything there to utensils ect to cook if needed. nice to relax by the pool. On hand if needed, great communication without being intrusive, gentleman. We used Ubers regularly a bit out the way, 30 mins from centre, shop, bar walking distance, lovely people. Look forward to staying again. Thankyou so much Rafa again "
