"The host accommodated a change in my travel plans before I arrived. The setup is on a cement parking pad on the premise of a single-family home that is also a short-term rental. You will hear and see strangers if it is occupied. You will smell smoke from people smoking on the back porch of the rental (which happened to be while I was there). When I entered the trailer there was a noticeable odor coming from under the sink and later I found rat droppings in a drawer. A decent cleaning between renters would have discovered this. The toilet began leaking every time I used it. Upon this third strike, I requested out of the rental and we negotiated an early departure. I paid for the two nights I stayed. Finally, I had to spend time on the phone with VRBO tech support to handle the date change and refund because the host was unfamiliar with how to use the VRBO platform."
